Producer Kadokawa took to social media to confirm Season 2 of My Happy Marriage was coming. Furthermore, fans would not have to wait long. The trailer teaser reveals that Miyo will be introduced to her future in-laws in Season 2. Unfortunately, it does not appear as if Kiyoka Kudou’s mother is very impressed with Miyo. My Happy Marriage Season 2: Cast Update
Three new cast members have been confirmed for the new season of the series. These cast members include:
- Tadakiyo Kudo voiced by Ryotaro Okiayu, Kiyoka’s father and the former head of the family
- Fuyu Kudo voiced by Kikuko Inoue, Kiyoka’s mother
- Naoshi Usui voiced by Yuya Uchida, The founder of the “Gifted Communion” sect.
Naoshi Usui plans to use Miyo and her gifts to overthrow society on this season of My Happy Marriage.

Anime Fans React To Exciting News
During Season 1 of this Netflix Original Series, fans fell in love with the growing relationship between Kiyoka Kudou and Miyo Saimori. Fans also had a soft spot for Koji Tatsuishi who loved Miyo and wanted nothing more than to protect her from her cruel family.
Likewise, fans also shared in their hatred of Miyo’s sister Kaya as well as her step-mother and father. Lastly, fans also grew to love the elderly servant in Kiyoka’s household named Yurie. Yurie was quick to show Miyo more love than she had experienced in most of her life after welcoming her into Kiyoka Kudou’s home.
Understandably, fans have been celebrating this exciting news all over social media. Fans have been itching for new episodes of My Happy Marriage since Season 1 concluded in September of 2023.
